Delta Medical, and Delta Fabrication-your trusted partner in precision manufacturing since 1984. Located in the heart of the San Fernando Vallcy in Chatsworth, Los Angeles, our sprawling 4-building campus spans 120,000 square feet of state-of-the-art manufacturing space.
With over 250 dedicated employees and 120+ advanced CNC machines, we specialize in delivering unparalleled precision across multiple industries. Our capabilities range from 13 axis CNC tuming and 5-axis milling to custom fabrication and assembly, ensuring high productivity, precision, and innovation.
DELTA MEDICAL DIVISION
Dedicated to the medical industry, our Delta Medical division operates within a 38,000-square foot facility. This division houses 37 Swiss-style CNC machines and has been ISO 13485 certified since 2010, underscoring our commitment to producing top-quality medical components with utmost precision.
DELTA FABRICATION SERVICES
Delta Fabrication offers comprehensive fabrication servicos, including CNC laser cutting, brake pressing, full MIG/TIG Welding capabilities, and turnkey assembly. Our advanced capabilities allow us to work with a wide range of materials, from high-tom-perature alloys to specialty plastics and exotic metals, ensuring we can meet diverse fabrication needs.
