At Delta Hi-Tech, we take pride in our state-of-the-art facilities designed to deliver precision manufacturing solutions across diverse industries. Our expansive campus, located in Chatsworth, Los Angeles, spans 120,000 square feet across four buildings, providing ample space for innovation and production.
Advanced Manufacturing Capabilities
Our facility is equipped with over 120 advanced CNC machines, enabling us to handle complex machining tasks with unparalleled accuracy. We specialize in 13-axis CNC turning and 5-axis milling, allowing us to meet the most demanding specifications across various sectors, including aerospace, defense, transportation, energy, and commercial industries.
Delta Medical Division
Dedicated to the medical industry, our Delta Medical division operates within a 38,000-square-foot facility. This division houses 37 Swiss-style CNC machines and has been ISO 13485 certified since 2010, underscoring our commitment to producing top-quality medical components with utmost precision.
Delta Fabrication Services
Delta Fabrication offers comprehensive fabrication services, including CNC laser cutting, brake pressing, full MIG/TIG welding capabilities, and turnkey assembly. Our advanced capabilities allow us to work with a wide range of materials, from high-temperature alloys to specialty plastics and exotic metals, ensuring we can meet diverse fabrication needs.
Commitment to Quality and Compliance
Since 2000, Delta Hi-Tech has proudly maintained ISO certification and achieved AS9100 certification in 2010. We are also DDTC and ITAR certified, reflecting our dedication to adhering to the highest standards of quality and compliance in the industry.
